Genny (she/her) is a dedicated registered play therapist and supervisor, currently pursuing her PhD. She specializes in supporting children who are struggling to find their place in school, enhancing parent-child connections, and helping young clients process big emotions. Genny creates a safe and nurturing environment where her clients feel accepted and empowered to explore their feelings.
By integrating neurobiological principles into her practice, she helps children expand their emotional window of tolerance, enhancing their ability to regulate emotions effectively. Genny is also committed to working closely with parents, equipping them with the tools to understand and support their children’s emotional well-being. Through her neurodiversity and gender-affirming approach, she ensures that every individual feels valued, guiding them on their unique journeys toward self-discovery and growth.

Carly (she/her) received her MSW degree with a concentration in Ecological Justice and a certificate in Human-Animal-Environment Interactions from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work and is currently pursuing her LCSW licensure.  Carly’s passion in both her work and her personal life is to be attuned with the beauty and value in connections between humans, animals, and nature.  Her goal is to encourage positive, mindful, and balanced human-animal experiences that nurture emotional well-being.  Carly has worked with children and adolescents of all ages in a variety of different roles throughout her life, including clinical therapy, school programs, and her position in the Kids’ Kingdom at the Pittsburgh Zoo for many years.  In therapy, she strongly believes in fostering a compassionate and affirming environment, celebrating unique qualities and experiences, and supporting from a strengths-based perspective.

Mars (They/Them) has their MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Somatic Dance & Movement Therapy from Naropa University. They have worked with children and their families in a variety of capacities for many years, much of the time spent supporting childhood cancer survivors through the organization Okizu. They believe it’s important for clients to be met where they are at, and that dance, movement, and play can be powerful therapeutic tools. They hold a trauma and culturally-informed lens. Mars loves to work with clients of all ages and identities and is especially familiar with the exploration of queer identity.

My name is Colleen (she/her), and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. I have a strong passion for working with children and adolescents, providing them with a safe and non-judgmental space to process their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My background includes working in education with students who have individualized education plans, behavioral intervention plans, autism spectrum disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, other neurocognitive disabilities, trauma histories, and involvement in juvenile corrections.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and regardless of age, I view therapy as a collaborative process to support individuals in navigating their lives. I approach each client from a holistic, person-centered perspective, integrating expressive arts, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and play to empower individuals throughout their therapy journey.
